2. Scope of Services

MicroCloud & IT Solutions provides IT services including but not limited to:

Managed Hosting, VPS & Dedicated Servers
Cloud Migration & Cloud Management
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Administration
Cybersecurity, Firewall & Network Audits
Software & Web Application Development
DevOps Tools & Automation
Email & Mailbox Migration
SSL Certificates & Domain Services
IT Infrastructure Setup & Maintenance
AI Agents & IT Automation
Consulting & Support Services

All services are delivered based on mutually agreed project scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have legal authority to enter into contracts
Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities under your account
Providing correct and updated contact information

MicroCloud & IT Solutions is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized account access.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in applicable currency and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Setup fees and consultation charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time with prior notice.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Certain services such as domains, hosting, SSL, licenses, migrations, and development work are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

7. Service Delivery & Timelines

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and third-party dependencies.
Delays caused by client non-cooperation or missing information are not our responsibility.
We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events.

8. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate technical requirements
Cooperate during project execution
Not misuse services for illegal or harmful activities
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain backups of important data

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use our services for:

Illegal activities
Hacking or spreading malware
Spam or phishing campaigns
Hosting prohibited content
Violating intellectual property rights
Attempting unauthorized access to systems

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their data complies with applicable data protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Loss of profits

Cyber incidents beyond reasonable control
Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroCloud & IT Solutions from any claims arising from:

Misuse of services
Violation of laws
Breach of these Terms
Third-party disputes caused by your content or actions

16. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payment is overdue
Client violates Terms
Illegal activities are detected
Security risk is identified

Termination may be without refund.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond control including:

Natural disasters
War or terrorism
Internet failures
Government actions
Pandemics
Power outages

18. Modifications to Terms
